Arizona Guest House came to be out of necessity. For years, Arizona’s real estate rental market was segmented into three distinct markets: long-term renters and short-term renters. In 2008, vacation rentals started to change the Arizona rental market – offering alternatives to hotels and shorter lease terms. Recognizing the marketing challenges faced by property owners in navigating these fragmented markets, we set out to create a unified platform that simplifies the process for everyone involved.
